Please join us for TEI Region 9's 2026 conference, hosted at the Clement Monterey InterContinental Hotel.  Located in gorgeous Monterey, California, the Clement Monterey is located directly on the bay, steps from the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium.

The  room rate at the Clement is $299 per night + tax for TEI guests from May 17 to May 22.  To make your reservations, please call 1-888-666-5734 and mention TEI or click HERE .    The cutoff date for reservations is April 24, 2026. Our room block is limited and will likely sell out before that date, so do not delay making your reservations. After that date, our sleeping room block goes back to the hotel, and prevailing rates will apply. Please be advised that TEI does not use any 3rd party hotel room block companies. Rooms under the TEI block are available only by using the room block link above. Please do not respond to any email solicitations about housing.

Transportation 

TEI registrants and speakers are responsible for transportation to and from the conference.  Parking is available at the hotel for $45 and public parking is available nearby.  You can fly directly to Monterey.  Alternatively, there are shuttle services to and from Monterey from the San Jose airport for $30 per person (Groom Shuttle) and the San Francisco airport.
