Stop by the TEI registration desk on the first level to check in and print your badge.

• Check-in opens Sunday at 5:00 PM
• Scan QR code for each session to receive credits
• Certificates will be emailed after the event

New App & New Badge Scanning System

We’re introducing a new app & new badge scanning system to help you easily track session attendance. A QR code will be posted outside each session room. Using the TEI Live Events app, please scan in for every session you attend—whether or not you are seeking CPE credits.

How to check in:

1. Open the TEI Live Events app
2. Go to the Home page

3. Tap the QR Code Scan option

4. Select Scan QR Code

5. Use your phone’s camera to scan the code outside the session room

That’s it! Be sure to scan in at each session to ensure your attendance is recorded.

Scanning the QR code is mandatory for sessions.

Session Handouts/Slide Decks

Session slide decks will appear on the specific session page on the agenda once each session begins. You can also find all available slides and handouts in the “Download Handouts” section of the TEI Live Events app.

 

 

 

Hands-On Sessions

Our hands-on sessions are designed to be highly interactive, engaging, and in high demand! If you’ve reserved a seat, we’re excited to have you there and ask that you plan to attend. If your plans change or you’d prefer to explore a different session, please release your seat in advance so another attendee can take advantage of the opportunity.

 

Please note, if a session is not already on your calendar, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional attendees as these sessions are in high demand.

Parking and Transportation

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. TEI does not validate or offer discounted parking.

Self-Parking:

• Approximately $18 (Mon–Thurs) and $23 (Fri–Sun) per day
• Hotel guests: ~$18 per day with in-and-out privileges

Valet Parking:

• Approximately $35 (Mon–Thurs) and $40 (Fri–Sun) per day

Dietary Needs:

Dress Code:

Attire is business casual. In late April, Las Vegas temperatures typically range from the mid-50s in the evenings to the mid-80s during the day. Meeting spaces are often kept on the cooler side for comfort, so we recommend bringing a light layer.
