This session will conduct a detailed walk-through of the OECD's Pillar 2 Model Rules as wella as the recently issued commentary thereunder.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the approach of the OECD Pillar 2 Model Rules to global base erosion
- Identify major issues arising from and the impact of the Pillar 2 model rules for their company
- Assess the major changes their company will need to implement to ensure their tax operations are compliant with the Pillar 2 rules.
